What people ask most
Where can I check air quality?
On the National Air Quality Index from Spain's Ministry for the Ecological Transition and on your region's air quality websites.
Do surgical masks help?
They offer little protection against fine dust and smoke. A well-fitted FFP2 is much more effective.
Can I exercise?
Better indoors, or wait until the air improves, especially if you have asthma or heart problems.
